Behind the Scenes of some drift show from 3 years ago

A long time ago, a bunch of us did a pilot for some reality TV drifter show. I think it was supposed to be for MTV. Nobody ever really posted photos, because I don’t think we were allowed to.

Oh well, the time has come.

Some kind of driver’s meeting with the director.

The lineup in the pit row thing. My car looked goooooooooooooooood.

Lowdown. Lookin sick. I remember we did 3 laps. Nailed all 3 in a row. On the last lap I ripped off my rear bumper by dipping a wheel. Too hot. Smoke was all in the car and whatnot. Then they come up and jam a camera in your face.

They had this big camera boom. I wish the footage would surface someday. Wouldn’t that be cool?

Then we did some photoshoot at the end of the day.

Welp, there you go. A drift TV show that never surfaced. Got paid to drift though… that was cool.

Yeah me too. If I remember right, they staged this one so that JTP and Pat Mordor did tandems for the winner or something.
